All orders that are placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on a weekday are delivered on the same day. Keep in mind that packages with time sensitive dates could be delayed due to holidays, sales and extreme weather.

Following shipment, your order are delivered within three to 5 days. Dates for delivery are supplied by the postal service however, they are not guaranteed.

Our warehouse personnel will wrap your product according to the instructions we supply. The goods you send us are carefully inspected and packed before being sent.

Returns Policy

The guarantee can be used for a period of 45 days. We cannot offer any exchange or refund after the 45-day period has passed.

Your item must not be damaged and should remain in the same condition as when you originally received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds:

The email we send you will notify you that the item was accepted. Returns will be accepted or rejected.

In the event you\’re granted a refund, it will be issued within seven working days. You will receive a credit on your credit card, or original payment method.
